  1. That really helps… I never had problems with my weight until I got to my 30’s – and gaining weight suddenly became absurdly easy to do. Now everything I eat is a question. I find myself actually getting diet soft drinks sometimes just to keep myself from snacking in other ways – even though I know how awful they are for me. :/
